Governance tools
Two tools for DAO work. One writes proposals shaped by how a DAO actually votes. One reads a grant proposal and briefs you on how to win it.

Two small products from the same idea: governance is mostly reading, and a model reads faster than a person when it is given the right context.
DAO Autopilot
Pick one of twenty large DAOs and DAO Autopilot pulls its live voting data from Snapshot: quorum, voting periods, success rates, how concentrated the voting power is, and which words tend to appear in proposals that pass or fail. Claude writes the proposal with all of that in view. Sign-in by Google or by wallet, with usage tracked per user and a limit enforced on the free tier.
Grant Terminal
Open proposals come in live from Snapshot. Pick one and two passes run in sequence. The first reads the funder: what they need and how much room they have. The second reads your fit: the odds, the strategy, what to stress, what to leave out, and the line to open with. The result is cached, so the same proposal never costs twice.
How it is built

Pick a DAO
Live Snapshot stats. Quorum, voting periods, success rates, how voting power is spread.
-
Read its history
Words that show up in proposals that passed, and in ones that failed.
-
Write
Claude drafts the proposal with that context, ready to copy or download.
-
A live board
Open proposals pulled from Snapshot, filtered by DAO and category.
-
Cache
A proposal analysed once is answered from Postgres after that.
-
First pass
What the funder needs, how urgent it is and how flexible they are.
-
Second pass
Fit, odds, the main strategy, what to stress, what to avoid, an opening line.
-
Opportunity score
Fit and odds combined into one number to rank the board.
