Sniper
Catches Solana token launches as they happen. Math throws out almost all of them, and an AI agent judges the few that survive.

A launch on pump.fun is a coin flip weighted against you. Most are rugs, bundles or nothing at all. The sniper’s job is to throw almost all of them away cheaply, think hard about the handful left, and get in and out at the real price.
The split
The tracker does the cheap work, often: it samples every fresh mint, reads its bonding curve and its holders, and scores it on holder growth, concentration, curve velocity, the developer’s own holdings, token authorities and age. Anything that fails is killed on the spot. That is most of the work and it costs nothing in model calls.
The agent does the expensive work, rarely: Claude reads only the candidates the tracker promoted, with the whole mission in context, and answers SNIPE or PASS with its reasoning. A second, direct lane can send a promoted candidate straight to the executor. Each lane is armed on its own.
Getting out
The monitor holds every open position against the live curve and leaves through a layered stack: an always-on hard stop, a plunge cut, a buy-flow reversal, a stall detector, a trailing stop, an optional take-profit, a time limit, a rug exit, or the operator’s own emergency exit. A sell that keeps failing is abandoned after a fixed number of tries so the slot is freed.
The cockpit
One operator window shows the whole pipeline: detect, track and score, decide, hold, ledger. From it the funnel is armed and disarmed, the runtime can be stopped, and any single position can be dumped. Every one of those controls goes through a Cloudflare worker that holds the privileged keys. The browser holds a read-only key and nothing else.
Five daemons ran around the clock on a VPS under pm2, boot-persistent, with the funnel idle until armed.
How it is built
A gate-
Listener
Every new pump.fun launch, written to one source of truth.
-
Tracker
Samples each fresh mint and scores it with a pure function. Kills rugs, bundles, dumps and stalls mechanically.
-
Entry Gate
Agent lane
Claude sees only the survivors, with capital and positions in context. SNIPE or PASS, with its reasons.
Direct lane
A promoted candidate goes straight on, re-checked at the executor.
-
Executor
Fills at the real on-chain bonding-curve price. Confirm, then write.
-
Monitor
Watches every position against the live curve and exits through a layered stack.
-
Capital freed
Books kept in USDC on a deposit and withdrawal ledger, gas counted per trade.
Decisions
03- 01
Math does the culling. The model does the judging.
The agent used to read raw launch events, which is noise at volume and expensive at every call. Now a deterministic scorer does the high-frequency work and promotes only genuine survivors. The agent never sees the chaos, only what is left of it, and it can be stricter than the math but never looser.

Paper first, with the swap behind an interface.
The full loop ran on simulated fills until it proved out. Going live replaced one thing, the swap itself, behind the same interface the paper fill used, after a live test at the smallest possible size.

Races are bugs with money attached.
The executor and the monitor once updated capital at the same moment and one write was lost, stranding capital as deployed. Capital moves now go through atomic database calls. An unsellable position gets a retry cap so it can never lock a slot, and one mint is one play, guarded at the executor.
